There is really only one recent book on the subject test, which is Cracking the GRE Mathematics Subject Test by the Princeton Review; here is the amazon link.

I think that you should definitely know everything in this book. However, I don't think that it emphasizes the computational aspect of the test heavily enough. I feel it worthwhile to read through some more specific review books, preferably those which idealize hard-and-fast calculation.

The Schaum's guides to "advanced" calculus and linear algebra seem like good bets to me. As mentioned in the test material section, the test focuses heavily upon basic (high school) function theory, calculus, and linear algebra. The function theory isn't really something that needs to be studied on its own; but having elementary calculus and linear algebra fresh in your mind is crucial.
